Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including opened, unopened, or unused products.
No Returns or Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any purchases. This policy is in place to ensure the purity and integrity of our products for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bioignite.com.au. We will require photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item, and we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled.
